The word arbiter refers to one whose opinion or judgment is considered authoritative or worthy of respect.
The Flower of Life symbol has been found in sacred sites across the ancient world, and it is said that all material things come to existence via this pattern in the middle. Leonardo DaVinci used it in his sketchbook also including the Vitruvian man.
The true arbiter cannot be human, as no one has the capacity to do it. We all just have fractions of the whole. Through the one, come all flavours, sounds, sights and smells.

VESA is a multi-award winning digital art pioneer for 15 years. He is among the first five artists to start making crypto art & NFTs in 2017. He also builds with leading metaverse companies like Zoan, Blockchain Valley Virtual, Megaverse, Landrocker, and Superworld, VESA is also an ambassador for the International Blockchain Association and a member of the Metaverse Council.
